DELIVERY POLICY
After receiving the confirmation of your order, we will quickly ship it to the customer as soon as possible. In order to create favorable conditions for delivery and goods to be sent to customers as soon as possible, please provide details of house number, street name, ward, village, hamlet, group, area, village, commune, town. town, district, district, province… in detail and accuracy.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not clear or responsible for late or lost deliveries, etc. due to incorrect information provided by you.
Le Fruit Store is currently applying the following shipping methods:
+ Ho Chi Minh City area: Transportation through transport units such as Grab, Lalamove, Ahamove... to customers' homes.
+ Other provinces and cities: Shipping via post or branch staff deliver to customers' homes.
Delivery charges: Shipping fee depends on the area.
II. ESTIMATE TIME FOR DELIVERY OR SERVICE PROVISION, ACCOUNTING GEOGRAPHIC DISTRICT AND MODE OF DELIVERY
Delivery time: from 1-4 days, depending on the address of the customer, our staff will notify you in detail about the time to receive your goods after you confirm the order.
Mode of delivery: Staff deliver to your home or delivery
Before shipping, we will notify you of the delivery time. Orders within Ho Chi Minh City: shipping at customer's request.
2.1. For HCMC area:
** Districts: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10, 11,12, Tan Binh, Tan Phu, Phu Nhuan, Go Vap, Binh Thanh, Binh Tan, Thu Duc .
– Order before 11:30 you will receive the goods before 18h same day.
– Order after 11:30 orders will be delivered before 18H the next day.
** The districts: Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Nha Be, Cu Chi, Can Gio.
– Receive goods after 48 hours, from the time the order is confirmed.
2.2. For areas outside HCMC:
– Receive goods after 1-2 working days for central areas, cities, towns and provinces.
– Receive goods after 3-4 working days for districts, communes, villages…
Depending on the delivery policy of the courier, Le Fruit Store will notify the customer if there are problems with the delivery and refund the money (If any payment) when there is no carrier to pick up the goods. application within 02 days (From the date of confirmation of payment or confirmation of transaction approval).
In case there is a delay in delivery or service provision, Le Fruit Store will have timely information to the customer and create an opportunity for the customer to cancel the transaction (if desired).
